WHAT IT IS
The Bender Ball™ was created by Master Fitness Trainer Leslee Bender, founder of “The Pilates Coach” and a fitness education expert with more than 25 years in the business. The Bender Ball is a pliable “mini stability ball” that allows the exerciser to work their core in ways that cannot be accomplished with standard crunches or large exercise balls. Bender’s unique workout – The Bender Method of Core Training™ -- incorporates her exclusive Selective Stabilization™ method to bring about the best possible results.
HOW IT WORKS
The secret to great results with the Bender Ball™ is the Bender Method of Core Training™, developed by Bender herself and taught to both fitness professionals and individuals for many years at her wellness education center. Now the Bender Method is available to those who want a personalized workout at home or on-the-go. Each of Leslee's abdominal sculpting moves puts the exerciser in the perfect position for results. Combined with her Selective Stabilization™ technique, the Bender Method heightens the intensity of the workout and pinpoints your muscles in the abdomen so that your abs – lower, upper, and on the sides – are worked on.

BENDER BALL™ vs. TRADITIONAL CRUNCHES
There are limits to how much range of motion the exerciser can accomplish with a regular floor crunch. The exerciser can only go forward, not back. The Bender Ball enables extension back and flexion forward, which works the muscles more effectively. ABOUT LESLEE BENDER
Leslee Bender is the original creator of the Bender Ball™ and Bender Method™. She has been in the fitness industry and teaching internationally for more than 25 years, bringing a safer approach to Pilates training utilizing the Bender Ball. Bender is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She trains top fitness instructors around the world to become better fitness instructors and has certified 1,500+ trainers internationally. Bender operates her own fitness studio in Reno, Nevada, where she and her staff personally train individuals, helping them to transform their bodies and improve their health and fitness.
Bender has presented at fitness conferences throughout the world, including the IDEA Health & Fitness Association, the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), the ECA World Fitness Alliance (ECA), American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA), American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and many more.
